Ordering Terms and Conditions

US MAIL TO APO/FPO-Military Personnel

Orders are shipped via US Mail to all military addresses per military regulations. Priority US Mail Shipping. Delivery within 1-3 weeks.  Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Product Returns 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and must be shipped freight prepaid.  Returns must be accompanied with a description of the defect.

We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the return address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be credited. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. All returns must be sent prepaid. All returns not due to our error are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any shipping costs we incurred on the order. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA Number). THIS NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.  Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. No returns are accepted 30 days after the invoice date. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining excellent customer care. We strive to provide fast and courtesy service and 100% Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed on Every Order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. (Special Order, Parts that have been installed or Custom Made Items are Non Returnable and No Refunds will be Issued).

Contact us directly for bank routing information, please allow five business days for funds to post to our account, please add $35 wire fee to your final invoice. Click on payment by wire transfer upon check to submit order when asked for payment information.

We gladly accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

Your credit card statement may show either "CircleTrackSupply" or"EGR Performance Inc", our parent company, on your statement.

*Flat Rate Shipping* (Applies to domestic (USA) ground orders up to 50 pounds). Upon checkout, see “Delivery method" then “Select a carrier" for USPS or UPS Air Services OR Change to “Other Carriers” to Receive Flat Rate Ground Shipping (processing and handling apply). Then click "Continue" Button at bottom of the page to complete the order.
