Lightweight Composite Flexible Body Braces. Aluminum ends can be crimped, bolted, riveted, or pinned to 500" round composite rod. Rod is very lightweight and flexible yet stout enough to take the abuse. Kits are available for Late Models with 40 ft of rod and 40 Mill or Black finish ends. These lightweight braces are very trick and easy to install and saves around 20 lbs per car over spring steel braces!

Slotted Body Brace Kit Sold Separately.

Drill an 1/8" or 3/16" hole and use pop rivet to fasten. We like to use 1/8" on 3/8" rod and 3/16" on 1/2" rod. Other option is for 1/2" rod only is we have a bolt kit that consist of a 10/24 allen head machine screw with a nylon lock nut for back side. Just drill a 3/16" hole and install one of these machine screws with nut. We think this is much simpler for our customers than trying to crimp ends on.
