CTS ALUMINUM BODY NUT INSERTS

Check out these nut inserts now available in natural aluminum. If you prefer to bolt your body on, these are perfect! These are 3/8" course outside and 1/4" course on the inside. Just drill a 3/8" hole in your interior or aluminum angle body brace and install the nut insert then gently tighten up the serrated nut on back side. Now you have a 1/4" course thread to bolt your body panel to. We sell these in a 10 pack, or a 50 pack.

Insert provides a convenient option to quickly install and easily remove a 1/4"-20 fastener on panels up to 1/8" thick. Insert fits into a 3/8" O.D. hole and is held in place on the backside with a Steel serrated locking nut. Internal threads accept fasteners ideal for mounting dash panels, access panels, body panels, electrical components or other accessories.
